Candied Butternut Squash with Ice Cream and Pistachios

I like making elaborate desserts, but sometimes it's so nice to cook something very straightforward yet utterly delicious and satisfying. This Candied Butternut Squash with Ice Cream and Pistachios is all about elegance and simplicity.
