Dulce De Leche Crepe Cake with Walnuts



Here is the recipe for a simple sweet crepes.

Dulce De Leche Crepe Cake with Walnuts


  • thin crepes - 25
  • heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
  • confectioners sugar - 2/3 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • dulce de leche - 3/4 cup, room temperature
  • toasted walnuts - 1 cup, chopped
  • caramel sauce - 1/4 cup (optional)


  1. Beat the heavy cream, vanilla extract and confectioners sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add dulce de leche and mix well.
  3. Assemble the cake by placing a crepe on a plate or cake stand. Scoop out about 1/4 cup of the dulce de leche cream and spread it out all over the surface of the crepe. Repeat with the remaining filling and crepes, ending with a cream on top.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and drizzle with caramel sauce. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
