We’re happy to present our first 6-course Georgian brunch pop-up.
With this menu, we want to take you on an exciting culinary journey to a faraway Georgia and share some of our favorite dishes such as Imeretian Khachapuri, Georgian Spiced Eggs, and Honey Cake. It will be our morning version of a famous Supra feast.
Let’s start the weekend together, meet new people, and have a delicious meal together.
Saturday, November 16th, 2019 at 11 AM – 1.30 PM
Gadazelili khveli – Appetizer
Warm Georgian cheese flavored with fresh mint.
Nazuki and Pkhali- Small Plate
Slightly sweet spices bread, incredibly soft and aromatic. Served with Georgian spinach-walnut spread.
Pyshki with herbs – Small Plate
Savory Georgian doughnuts served with plum Tkemali sauce
Imeretian Khachapuri – Small Plate
One more version of our favorite Georgian dish. Thin pastry generously stuffed with homemade cheese and served with melted butter.
Georgian-style Shakshouka – Entree
Eggs cooked in spiced tomato sauce and flavored with sour Tkemali.
Medovyk – Honey Cake – Dessert
Moist and delicate cake with a dozen layers. Undoubtedly the most delicious Eastern European dessert ever created.
